The general should be played out and selected. Therefore, everyone must work hard and improve their work ability. The delivery manager should prioritize efficiency improvement and efficiency improvement in response to certainty matters; service managers should deal with uncertainties and improve the comprehensive ability to deal with faults quickly. These two types of managers, in the future, you should shape yourself and you should have different assessment methods.

First, delivery must improve efficiency, improve from the job, and improve their ability. Correct understanding of customer needs, proper contracting, proper entry into contracts, proper delivery, proper delivery, and proper service are all important.

Second, promote service reform and attach great importance to the training of service experts. In the next three to five years, Huawei's company has changed a lot. It may not take three years, our annual sales revenue will exceed 100 billion US dollars, then the accumulated sales revenue will reach 4,500 billion yuan. The service of about 4.5 billion yuan is very difficult, so you need to speed up the generation of service experts.

In the future, we must attach great importance to the training of service experts. The key is to quickly find faults. Now that big data traffic is a comprehensive network, we can't figure out where the fault is, and the service is getting more and more difficult. The service expert found the problem and repaired it himself. It is not necessary. The key is to find the problem and fix the problem is very simple. Therefore, the service is uncertain, the service manager is also playing out, and he has to go through repeated training and the skills must be integrated. Second, Huawei's assessment mechanism will undergo great changes, and changes are conducive to development.

First, there is no age or qualification standard for cadre selection, and only the contribution of responsibility results is the assessment standard. General Jin Yinan spoke of the US military.
